I bought this trumpet in 1985 and I have no information about it except that it was sold as a medium large bore trumpet. The case does not look original. The only information on the trumpet is the word Halifax between some scroll work on the bell. I would appreciate any information you might have. I have searched the web now and then to see if anything would pop up, but nothing so far.

Did you discover anything else about your Halifax trumpet? There used to be a bomber named after Halifax.

I saw a video today showing the Blackburn trumpet. Blackburn is the name of the designer so maybe in your case Halifax is someone's name. Is the instrument unusual in any way?
