I am a beginner and I`m really having trouble blowing without puffin` my chicks. I can do it but the air that comes out is sort of "light" and "slow" and isn`t that much as well.
I can imagine how difficult it might be but can someone please try and explain how do I "breathe(hard) from the stomach and lungs".

btw, I do not have any lung issue and I do not smoke

thanks

When you intake the air, try taking the air in a way so that your stomach expands and the air fills your diaphragm.

When you blow you should push the air with your stomach.

Well, i tried to look in the mirror while i play, so i automatically fixed it and it`s sort of like smiling while u play. tuck the corners of your mouth in, and when u breath, only move the corners of your mouth.....

i think i about covered it!
