Just breathe deeply every time you put the horn to your face! Every time! Not just for high or long passages. Every time! Get used to the feeling. That`s where all the fullness of your sound as well as your endurance comes from.

when you breath you may not move your shoulders. Your shoulders may not go upstairs. When you lay down you breath in the good way.
That was my first trumpet lesson!
I hope you understand it

Just take deep breaths everytime. Even on notes you are supposed to play quietly. In a few years, you will have strong lungs and will dominate the trumpet. Also, circular breathing helps too.
