Hi,

I don`t really good know what to do for a warm up. I suppose long notes, but may i play them as high as i can or isn`t that so good? And for how long?

Warm-ups aren`t a set thing, that is, they`re different for each person. You need to find a good private teacher who can help you find what works best for you. I could tell you what I do, and though it works well for me, it might ruin you (especially if you do it incorrectly), so find a good player and dole out the money for some lessons. It`s the best thing you can do for yourself.

All that said, go out and buy yourself James Stamp`s book, read through, and give some of his thoughts a go.

Good luck,
Aaron
