I`m sure you tried this but how about lip slurs? Long tones, shallower mouthpiece, low longtones. Remember to keep the corners back, push with the diaphram, and relax your upper body. When standing evenly diperse your weight with your feet apart. make sure to play with both hands keep your back of the back of the chair and arch your back. Hope this helps...let me know.

definetly what soulfire said... just practice EVERY day and make lots of fundamental stuff part of your routine.. keep at it, and they will come.

I had the same problem....but now not any more!
Make sure you use your belly muscles! That`s necessary to play the high notes. You really have to push on those muscles.
For exercises: play a note, for example a G, and then go higher, but don`t use the valves, only use your lips and muscles. Try it. Or play a note and go with 0.5 note higher. But go not too high!
You have to practise, but not too much of course. And give it time!

If you are serious about playing, get a private teacher who can help you work through your problems. If you`ve been playing for a few years and have trouble with F on top of the staff, it`s time for some serious reformation in your playing.

Get a teacher, keep your mind musically oriented and have fun.

Cheers!
