im looking for a livley bright sounding trumpet? whats the best? or what is your favorites?

My answer, same as there...is a Getzen 900SLB. Although I`ve heard great things about the artists model (formerly Doc Severinson), and the Getzen Custon. I took 7 years off from playing and bought a brand new 900SLB and my tone on the first note impressed me. I thought I`d have that "farting elephant" sound that we all started out with. I was surpising smooth. If you get the Large Bore (what the LB is), you get a nice smooth tone that lets you really feed the horn. It almost feels like you are just breathing notes through it.
