in 2004 year and since then I`m not playing normally...On my top lip white spots (a doctor told me that it glands(or tansils As it on English?) Any advices???

Take a rest. Use the lip balm or petroleum jelly, vaseline on your lips. But, you must rest the lips!

This condition is common I think. It has happened to me anyhow.

If your doctor says tonsils, maybe you have a problem, I don`t know. With tonsillitis, you have bacteria in your saliva spreading to your lips. Causes surface infection. See doctor again.
