Its actually a monette cross between a trumpet and a flugelhorn, it has the tone of a flugel, and the projection of a trumpet, but dont get you hopes up on buying one, thats some serious $.

That really gets me wondering, if they make more than just those cross breeds. maybe they make like, Flutes+clarinets=Clute? or Flute+Saxophone=Saxoflute. and so on....strange

if you think about it the sax is a mixture of instruments. clarinet mouthpiece. oboe fingerings and a brass bell
