Ok, here`s my dilema. I am able to hit a G above high C with power. Sometimes G# and A... only thing is, after that, it seems that there`s a wall between those notes and the ones above. I don`t use much pressure... is there something I`m supposed to do to make it easier? I`d love to be able to play higher, so if anyone can help, I`d appreciate it. Thanks!

try doin g long tones, my muzic teacher tought me this and it improved my range from E in the measure to the high D above the bars
what you do is, blow up to your range every nite, but try a higher tone each week. ex. if you can hit E`s normally, try to hit the f and keep pracitsing.

Another thing is, you could have a weak embechoure so just practice more, or just simply blow mre air through the trumpet.

super-chops.com. Go read the trumpet secrets book. It`s all about the "tongue controlled embouchure". Master that, get yourself matched up with the correct mouthpeice and the high notes will come.
