It sort of depend on the shape of your mouth. I play trumpet, clarinet, sax, and flute, and it really depends...Clarinets have the most fingering, which can be sort of tricky (high notes and way low notes are hard). Ummm...Trumpets in the band that I teach usually the ones that have tounging problems. I would go to a local music store and ask them. It really depends on the shape of your mouth.

you`ve never seen a hard fingering until you`ve played the bassoon... going from Bb to Ab is so stupid... thank god i have long thumbs... =/

Depends on what kind of sound you like. I`m a latin jazz type guy and prefer trumpet. But it depends on what you like.

Yes, your choices are either a long, crooked conical tube of scrap metal, or a short, cylindrical piece of black firewood. What do you say to that?

^LMAO...

well.. for those that love a 4ft long stick, get a bassoon.

and that`s if its folded in half! :O

haha... okay. that sounded wrong outta my mouth. =/ in a more heterosexual way to say it, the bassoon still pwns both instruments.
