The actual key of "Time to Waste" is in A major, however it has a minor feel since the intro is played in C# minor. The notes go as followed
C# A G# F#
D A G# F#
(octave higher)

The LH is not difficult. I improvised a version of it and you could start on a low F# and just go up the piano with F# and C#s and then when it goes to D A G# F # in the RH then start on a low D in the LH. I can also help you out with the little run it has in the RH in the intro. It is simply inverted arpeggios starting on A. For all that doesn`t know what the hell that means, the notes of the run go as followed (this is atleast in the same key, i don`t have note to note in everything thing since the piano part is so soft.

Hey all.

Just writing to say that I`ve transcribed the piano parts for "Time to Waste", and while it`s not 100% correct, it`s pretty close! The verses are in the key of F#minor, and chorus in Amajor.

There are two different piano parts: the songs starts off with the first piano playing both treble and bass clef parts. Then a 2nd piano comes in, treble clef only, embellishing the first part and finishing with an awesome triplet phrase.

Go to http://jpw21683.rocks.it/ to download PDFs of the sheet music I created in Encore 4.5.3. I created a full score with the piano, bass, guitar, and drums, and that MIDI is available to download. So check out the MIDI, and if you think the piano part sounds correct, download the sheet music.
