Patron Records, the label which was awarded 2 nominations by New Music Weekly Magazine at the New Music Awards for 2008, are back and more 'def' than ever...."We are very pleased and ready to bring it on for 2009; we are now announcing our new talent to the label, "states CEO Abel Romero. Patron Records, who has been keying in on different countries, has once again hooked up with exciting talent from Colombia, South America, the country which has been reaching out and 'holoring' at Patron Records for a while now.

"We are very happy with signing "EL PONY," the Reggaeton/Hip-Hop 18 year old super star 'Caballo' from Colombia," states Abel Romero. Initial reports on this GQ Latin sensation and hard-hitting artist/rapper, who has been going hard since he was 12 years old (why they call him EL PONY), has been making the crowds and clubs go crazy wherever he goes.... "EL PONY" has what it takes: flawless production with tremendous sound and lyrics; 'real' potential/talent to blast right into the music charts. His incredible voice/sound can be compared to the likes of Daddy Yankee and Frankie J....
Radio ready? That's an understatement, wait until you hear his style and beats from this Latin heart-throb artist.....

Also signed to the label is "Faibre," pronounced 'fiber.'
This Latin Pop star has a soulful R&B sound that can capture your attention real quick.....Watch out for this hot Latin artist as well..... "Faibre" has been compared to a Latin version of Ray J.....

Patron Records has also signed a new Latin-American A&R Rep, who goes by the name of "Dj Mana; will scout new talent for the label, via Central America. "Dj Mana is a long time DJ veteran and whose talents can be heard on Colombia's power Reggaeton and Latin fm stations.

The word is definitely out for Patron Records......
