I studied with Dr. Poe and marched in the UO Marching Band when he was at the University of Oregon in 1977.

He was my band director in high school from 1987 thru 1990 at Hawthorne Jr/Sr. Highschool in Hawthorne Fl. He came there after being the band director at University of Florida.
