Hey guys, I love music. I really want to make my own music, but I have no musical talents (I can kind of rap) and no money. I want to know what programs to use to create music.

Take a look at musescore.org if you are trying to write your music out. They have a free notation software you can download that has percussion capabilities and so forth.

Bandora has a free version. So does scanscore and forte notation. Audacity is good too.
