truth be told, i don`t know of any, but it`s best to take private lessons. you need one on one to help you learn faster. if u learn on the web or on your own, you can develop unseemly habits that would be hard to break more than likely and u would probably be more likely to give up since you won`t have instructions on how to hold your mouth and all. since i don`t know what baritone is, i can`t even tell you if how you hold your mouth is even similar to how a clarinetist holds his/her mouth. if you do anything, teach yourself through the yamaha band series books because they have the easiest fingering charts to follow, but only do this if & only if you are unable to take private lessons. e-mail me if you need help

The baritone is a brass instrument(i think anyway) and the embouchure is not similar at all to the clarinet. I`ll send you an e-mail.

u can use books with fingering charts, ask ppl who know to help u, and u can ask ur band teacher to help before or after class or maybe at lunch. my band teacher taught my friend how to play bassoon for about 25min every day during lunch and it didnt take her very long to learn the notes and get a good tone and become comfortable with the instrument.

Hi, my name is Carrot-Man and I am in the same situation as Alexis. I cannot take private lessons, and my band teacher won`t teach me (I know that sounds weird, but that`s because I opted-out last year).

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

I`m having the same problem too but i`ve just giving up.i`ve bein playing the clarinet for two year and i loved it. but now since i`ve change bands I hate it harder music theres a littler band so there more attendtion on me.I`me trying now to get out of the band but I dont know if i`m going to be able to. but my advice to yall is go to your band directors and ask for help if that doesnt work locat a man named Ray philips hes a band director at dunbar pulaski middle school in Indiana he`ll help you for sure he taught me al i know. Tell him Lisa Macklin recommened him.
