well actually. we named a messed up guitar we have in our band which we need to repair or replace. He is called Billy
poor old billys in a bit of a muddle
we called the other one mary.

i think naming you instrument helps u kinda get more attached to it *shrugs* it helped me. a school in Jackson Mississippi HAD to name theirs....i thought that was a load of bull

She has the most personality.
Her name is Janie, as in from
Aerosmith`s "Janie`s Got a Gun".
She`s a fender strat.
O, and I named my amp "precious"

My clarinet is called Clara... I`m getting a new (old) one next week which I`ll probably call Annette... (think about it). Unless it already has a name... maybe I`ll ask Claire.
