well i have a trombone with an f attachment from my school and i wouldnt really call it a trill.. you can change notes quickly with it, from like a C to an F, but its not quite trilling...

not unless you can somehow move your thumb extremly fast and find the right notes that your trilling, otherwise, no

Sure you can trill, but the notes are very limited. I played a solo of `Canon in D` last year and there was a part you trilled from a bflat to a c. You can trill from an a to a bflat also. Also, bear in mind that alot of times it might not sound the best.
