I just cant find anything easy but not too easy music to play for band this coming year and I need somthing that sounds cool that will blow away my band teacher and that I can still use for my solo-on-sombal.
anyone want to help me?

ElCid why do you even post? your not helping this person if anything your making their experience here a negative one. if you are just going to correct someones spelling mistake than dont post.


Kasey i suggest you play a bodogni-rochut etude. these etudes are lyrical studies and are meant for singers. i suggest playing one of these just because they are so beautiful and meant to be like you are singing through the trombone. you can also buy the piano accompaniment(Sp?) to play along with. good luck.

Man Mas, you keep stealing my answers. The Ruchut books are amazing. A lot of fun and VERY benificial. Every trombone player should have AT LEAST book 1.

i think i meant to put this in my original post but i think its important that you dont show off your chops but you show a display of musicality. ANYBODY can learn a hard solo and play every note, but not everybody can make a simple piece sound beautiful. me a artist not a technician on the trombone.
