Bass clef the fourth line is F. Tenor the fourth line is C. Alto the third line is C. I also read somewhere that some people learn to read alto first by reading the note in treble, then transposing it up a step and reading it. of course, with this method, you have to drop the transposed note an octave.
Good luck learning clefs, it`s hard.

BUY A BOOK. There are a LOT of them out there, many that are very good. They aren`t expensive, and they are worth it for learning something like a new clef.
My advice: Blahzevich Clef Studies. I would call it a standard.
