practice...dont become stubborn and say that you are already good enough, no one is ever good enough. So practice and practice until you can play whatever your playing, then move on to something even harder than that and play it until you get good at it and repeat, just dont become a stuck up musician and not help anyone or practice because eventually, you will become so bad that people will not allow you to join private bands if you ever want to play in one, just keep practicing and everything will be good
