I have just completed a new arrangement that the quintet I play with will perform on New Year’s Eve. Radetzky March (2 trpts.,hn.,trom.,tuba) by Johann Strauss, Sr. was composed in 1848 as a show of support for Austria`s ruling class, and is named after Field Marshall Joseph Radetzky. This patriotic piece has become a classic that is often performed on New Year`s Day. Duration 2:00 Good high school or college level $6.00. You can sample this work and my other compositions and arrangements by visiting http://cooppress.hostrack.net and clicking on "compositions and arrangements" then "brass". I hope you find this a useful addition to the repertoire.
