You know a lot of people think that you need bigger equipment to sound darker, i disagree completely. its a state of mind. if you want to soudn darker you have to think about it. go and listen to trombone players who have a a big dark sound. thats what i think about that

BUT i think the "dark" sound that soooo many people are after is just stupid. why do you want to make a instrument that ISNT dark, dark?

but whatever its about concept of sound, sound like YOU want to sound like essentially.

Yes, I have played the Ferdinand David, and boy is it fun. It made me master my lip trill.

Oh and on my stand is "Blue Bells of Scotland", "Schlossberg Book of Warmups",
oh and "Barber of Sevelle."

I would never play it in concert anywhere, I mainly have it around just to fly through when I`m bored, or when I`ve been working on something else for way too long, I`m getting frustrated, and I need a change.

too me, i try to play it even though i can`t yet...i dont know how to dounble or triple tounge but im working on it, if i was able to play it i would play it to only show off. i like doign that, especially since im the best instrument playing person in the middle school...everyone else sucks, and i mean that because they have no work effort, their just there so they can whine and be little....well....words. So i would just like ot play that fast so i could show off, but concert wise..i wouldn`t either
