Is there a chart or something to give a translation between slide positions and fingerings (for the baritone or tuba)?

For a VERY simplified version:
1st position is open
2nd position is 2nd valve
3rd position is 1st valve
4th postion is 1 and 2, or 3rd valve
5th position is 2 and 3
6th position is 1 and 3
7th position is 1, 2 and 3
