SO i move to a new town, look for some gigs and get in a big band in town sweet, i get in a symphony cool i get in a couple small groups and start playing gigs with them, then....
The bib band brings in a guest boner that rocks seriously i was having a hard time keepin up, so were the others though, the guy has a solo album and any way he is really good. So im the new guy even though im playing first bone (till the guest gets there any way) i get the boot. so a few days later my symphony gig gets axed too, (shh i think the principal boner there didnt like the competition, i made him work, he was good but had no range) any way i get cut from 2 gigs in 3 weeks!!!

wow that sucks....keep trying.

its a lesson that everyone will learn.



At any point in time there is always someone working harder than you and i will to take your spot. thats just the way it is.

i just moved here and fortunately I have a (full time) playing gig. i can`t figure out where to find any other bands.
