It's a convertible, you can tell by the latch.
At first I thought it was a 42T but when I saw the latch and changed my mind to a 89H... but still not sure.

it kinda looks like a shires or an edwards. more likely an edwards because how the bracing are put on there. the model is t350-e

By the type of screws the trombone has, I'd say that it's a Shires. I have a Shires myself, and the screws and bracing look very similar to mine.
