I know this seems like a stupid question but, what`s the basic price range of trombones? I`ve never been a brass person and have decided to challenge myself by taking up trombone. I`ve tried it just briefly here and there, and really enjoyed it. So, if it`s not too much to invest in something that might not work out, I really want to go for it.

100-6000 thats a round price list, the least expensive I`ve ever see was 100 something, and the other was a little over 5000 dollars.

A beginner model horn, which is what I would recomend for you, is usually around $300. A good horn that isn`t a profesional build is usualy around $2000 - $2500.
