I want to say that we where talking about gorden goodwin's big band a while ago and some one said there was a place online where you can find all of the first trombone music. dose anyone know where that is?

it's not all of it.. but it's a good start
go to www.jwpepper.com and search "gordon goodwin play along" and it will bring it up.
it's got lead bone parts to ten of the tunes, plus a cd with the first bone part pulled out of the mix so you can play along. (the solos are pulled out too, to make room for you.)
there are also some nice transcriptions of Andy Martin solos in there.
There is some seriously challenging stuff in that book. Have fun.
