You should visit music stores, which will allow you to try various horns before choosing and buying, and also probably give you a trial period.

Greetings,
If you have not found a trigger trombone yet,
try Maestro's of Plymouth I know they are not near you
but they have very nice USA Blessing Bb/F trombones at
£800. I have one and find it great,it is well made and
plays in tune over the whole range, comes in a very good
case, and a good guarantee.I know they are not one of the
big makers but for value on a new instrument they are hard
to beat.www.maestrosmusic.co.uk Tel.01752-263069.
Hope this helps,John (Qigongjohn)

Yuck, I'd never play a Blessing. I personally really hate them.

There are a small number of people who
seem to pick on Blessing instruments
and claim them as being rubbish.
Most have never owned one.it seems to
me that if it is not one of the big makers that it cannot be any good.
I am a retired engineer and can vouch
for the build quality,it also plays
very well,in tune over the whole range.
If you do not want to pay a lot of money
you cannot go far wrong for a new trombone. John
