Hi guys. I searched for a trombone forum online for some advice. I`ve finally convinced my parents to rent and/or possibly buy me a trombone. They`re thinking about a Conn LE600 Tenor Trombone. Any thoughts?

I purchased an LE600 a year ago. I play professionally and for my own personal pleasure, and have found this to be a fine instrument. It is a large bore instrument, and takes plenty of air to play, but even so does not take a great deal of effort to get a full, rich tone. It has a dark timbre and is a great jazz bone. For a beginner I would probably recommend a smaller bore instrument, but for someone who has some experience, I would recommend it highly.
