I just used some tuning slide grease for lip gloss (stupid, I know) and I have a headache and I`m kind of light headed. Can this stuff kill you? I thought it was just vaseline...

Most slide grease is based on petroleum, the same stuff that is used to make gasoline. It can kill you. Of course, vaseline is too, and it can kill you. But you aren`t supposed to take it internally, so I wouldn`t worry about it. Sometimes slides are greased with lanolin anhydrous, which is a chemical used to make methamphetamine. I don`t know if it is toxic, but it works really well on slides.

I would say if you are reading this you are obviously not dead, and therefore you should be fine.

Well, obviously it didn`t kill me, but it did give me one hell of a migrane.

Well, next time you decide to ingest slide grease, take Tylenol with it, and you should be fine.
