What is the best way to warm down on the trombone?

My method is this:

Start with low Bb, bottom of the staff, with a nice full long tone. About mf. Go chromatically down the entire length of the instrument, all the way down to low E in 7th, if you have a trigger, from low F down to low C, then pedal Bb down to pedal F, then again with the trigger from pedal F down as far as you can go. Then one more time from low Bb to low F, and I`m good. A little DCT and off I go.

Pedals I think are great for warming down, so any way you can encorporate them would be useful. Just make sure you are playing soft and full, very gentle on the chops.
