The guy make a great product for range players, but its terrible (usually) for deep tone. I must say, I do feel privilaged to have played in a band with him (and I`m only 18). Here in Oregon, he joined a small community band (something that wasn`t demanding) but he left whining about how the french horn`s were sharp. I`ve never seen somone throw a tantrum at that age (was quite funny).
Also, his main salesman, Andy, keeps trying to pawn off the product on anyone, telling them what they want to hear (the guy has awsome range though, really good player).
It`s really cool having his high-range mouthpeices and horns, and Monnette`s whole-tone mouthpeices and horns right here in oregon, locally. I`ve talked with both, and they both really know what they are doing.
I dunno, just my 2cents, no reply needed.
