I have a question. My uncle is letting me borrow his old violin he used when he was in high school. He's in his 40s now so that was more than 20 years ago. One of the strings popped and I'm going to go get it restringed. Should I get all of the strings restringed?

After 20 years? I'd say yes, it's most likely going to need new strings. If you're going to start playing, get a set of Dominents put on. You might want to have the repair person check out the bridge position and soundpost while you're at it. If either of them are out of position, you won't sound good no matter how well you play!
