Does anyone here have any experience with Cremona violins here, and could give me a little opinion on their quality?

If it helps, here's the outfit I'm looking at, but I want an opinion or two first; can't go trying and hoping on instruments I guess:

My friend at my old high school got a second hand cremona and my teacher really liked it (she didn't like mine, thinking of upgrading too, and putting a pickup on the one i've got now) which is saying a bit because she was picky. I don't know what level your at but hers sounded quite nice, was quite nice to play too.
it would be good if you were learning, intermediate or a bit advanced but i don't know about anything higher, youd need someone elses opinion for that.

Well, that's a good start, considering I'm only somewhere in between student and intermediate level. I can hold my own on the instrument, but I still have a long way to go, and I just have a real tendency to avoid "learner" instruments, even at a student level of experience.

yeah, i know what you mean, "learner" violins generally tend to be ones that are quite crap, i think they do that so parents will buy their kid a violin to keep them quiet, and they make them cheap so that if they decide not to play then its not too much out of their pocket!
i would get something a bit better too, and if you can hold your own, then don't settle, a nice violin might help you a lot.

Of course, see if you can try it out, thats always a sure bet. you wil know if you like it then.
(remember when you get a new violin you have to get used to it though, the first time you play might be a bit weird!)
