What is the difference between all these strings?

I am finally going to get an additional set of strings to have on hand and am going to order from somewhere online. Now, I`m getting a full set of dominant strings, but there are still a lot of options. What is the difference between...

Dominant Violin Set-Steel Loop E-4/4-Med,
Dominant Violin Set-Ball E-4/4-Stark,
Dominant Violin Set-Wound-LoopE-4/4-Med,
Dominant Violin Set-Ball E-4/4-Weich,
Dominant Violin Set-Loop E-4/4-Stark,
Dominant Violin Set-Ball E-4/4-Medium, and
Dominant Violin Set-Ball E-4/4-Stark

...as far as sound is concerned?

I know the steel E string is brighter, but I think I want a wound E, just because I like the warmer sound better than the bright sound. Also, my main concern is the difference between ball-end E or Loop. My fine tuners have 2 prongs, even the E one, so I could have a ball-end E string, but is there any difference as far as sound is concerned? If I got them right now, I would get a wound ball-end E string set, but what does the last word in the description mean? Any help here is appreciated! Thanks!

Stark is fat.
Mittel is medium.
Weich is small.

You want ball end. Loop end is for one prong adjusters.

O yes, get medium, unless you have a good reason not to. Stark will give you a luder sound but highger tension (harder to play) and weich will give you lower tension but less sound

I have a reason!
Since the Dominant E sounds like a steel string, I`d use the weich E so it won`t stick out as much.

Hmmm...interesting! I always use Dominant Violin Set-Ball E-4/4-Medium. I hadn`t tried the others. Maybe I should give it a try one of these days. ???
