The guy selling says that his professor said not to sell it for under $250!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????????????

WHAT!!!!!!!

More like not to sell it for under $80,000.

-THAT IS IF IT`S REAL!!!!!!! There`s a pretty good chance that it`s fake, but only the experts can tell.

i contacted this person by email he said the professor it was brought to didnt know to much about violins or antiques but he said it looks very old. and the professor saw it when they thought it was a juzek.. because the bridge said john juzek on it... then when he was givin the violin he noticed the writing inside...he wonders if it was refurbished or something... he really doesnt sound like he knows what hes talking about... i think if it is an original he wouldnt know it

Call me a cynic but, I have a feeling that if it were genuine, a dealer would have e-mailed him by now and snapped it up for the $250 he wants. As it is, he`s had 3 fairly low bids.

I also contacted that person and he/she is a real dumb-@ss. The person basically said I don`t care that it`s worth $80,000 or whatever I just want to get rid of it.

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I e-mailed that person and said "You must be rich."

Guys and girls, the real picture here is that it doesn`t matter how much it`s really worth, it`s that you don`t want to throw it out knowing it might be worth a lot of money.

Jeff Flatters,

Here I am againg, have any of you seen the last reply from the seller. He`s selling it because he knows nothing about it and doesn`t really care either. Someone like that must be really really rich. I don`t know how to play a Citar and really know nothing about them, but if I had one lying around my house, I wouldn`t just through it out knowing it might be worth a lot of money. Does anybody agree?

Yes, but he could of bought it from his grandmother! But he said he doesn`t care about it so it doesn`t matter to him anyways.

Yes, but fakes can be worth a lot of money, like several thousand dollars.
