It's not falling one by one as well, it is falling a lot every time .

Rosin should not affect the bow hairs falling off. Either your position is incorrect or your bow is a cheaply made one.

.... even if it is a good bow maybe it hasn't been haired well. Once they start coming out they keep coming. It can be rehaired - all bows need this eventually.

It seems as if your position is not proper or the bows are made of cheap quality.

also, if you do not loosen the hair on the bow when putting it in the case this will happen
