November 1, 2005 is the deadline for receipt of entries in the Co-op Press competition for string performers for their artistic interpretation of the music by composer, Sy Brandon as exemplified in a digital recording of one of the selected competition pieces. A panel of judges will award prizes of $500, $300, and $200 and CD release on Emeritus Recordings to the first, second and third place winners respectively.
