I love the Viola, and have wanted to learn how to play my entire life. My concern is my fingers, I have a ring size of 13. I have long arms, and I`m considering a 17". Should I consider the Viola or will I be too limited by my size?

I don`t know what ring sizes mean. 17" is a big viola. Just try different size instruments.

Do you think you are too big or too small for viola? It is pretty much impossible to be too big for viola.

Go to a shop that rents or sells violas. They often let you try out different sizes.
