1) What size cello do you recomend? (Im avrage height)

2) how much would a quality begginers cello be? im looking for cheap as possible!!!!

3) Will it be too hard for me to stretch my fingers over the strings?

4) any tips on reading bass clef. i can read treble clef perfectly but only being grade 2 on piano im not doing so well on bass clef yet!

I started playing cello when I was 12 on a full size. They didn't have anything else when I started and I had to stretch a little. I was small for my age at 5'2" but am glad I did as I grew real fast in the next few years and you will too.
You get what you pay for when buying a cello and the cheap ones go for several hundred and probably wont last long before starting to come apart. The tone is better the more you pay also but if you just want to see if you will like it, then buy cheap and sell when you are done.
Take the treble and bass clef and put them together with the bass on the bottom and draw a line between them. That line will be middle "C". It is just a continuation downward of the treble clef. I would say just learn by matching the note on the paper with the location on the cello and keep practicing and you will eventually get it. Scales scales scales. As you get those under your belt you can do exercises and eventually the advance to the Bach cello suites will give you plenty of practice and strengthen your hands and arms. Some find it helpful to mark on the finger board where the notes are with tape. I didn't start that way, I just learned what spread of the fingers I needed and about how far down from the top of the finger board I needed to be.
