Where can i find broken or cracked cello to fix and use myself??

I don't really know, but if you look at the "dropped my cello" thread, you'll see that cracks are often difficult to repair.

I once bought a very beat-up classical guitar in a junk shop for eight dollars. I glued it back together, sanded it down, and put new strings on it. Then I took it to a music store to see about its large and prominent crack. "Can't be fixed," I was told. I played it for many years with the crack.
