Depends on what the usage.
Pirastro A , D is good for classic music, soloist.
At the moment i use Helicore A,D, and Larsen G,C, and it is for rock/pop music use.

Helicore strings are excellent for an intermediate player, like me. They cost $143 for a set, but I got mine discounted for $100.

Your cello can be brought to life if you wish upon a star and the blue fairy overhears. It may cost you a misadventure or two, possibly involving a whale.
