I'm looking at a 4/4 Strunal Cello for $1450 and a Hofner Cello for $1300 on Craigslist. Are these cellos any good? Is it a good bargain for them? I'm thinking about purchasing a Primavera Cello for a little over 1000$ US but there's no way of trying it out before I make a purchase. I can't find a store in Vancouver that sells them. I'll have to mail order them. If either brand is good and I like the sound of it when I try it out, I'd rather purchase it than a Primavera. Unless I can hear a recording of that brand, I'm stuck looking for cellos locally. Thanks for your opinion.
