I have a Cecilio Electric Cello that I have had for 4 months now and 2 weeks ago, I accidentally left it on for the second time in a row. I noticed a weird burn-like smell coming from the battery compartment and took out the battery. I then waited 1 day and placed a new battery in the compartment but it didn't turn on. I'm wondering as to what can be done? I tried contacting Cecilio but have had no response.
