Every time I use my bow (1-2 hour practice) I'm getting 2-4 broken bow hairs and always breaking in the same spot. The bow is only 2 weeks old and when not in use is hung on the back of my cello stand. I've checked and there are absolutely no signs of bow bugs and I've tried playing with the bow tensioned tighter and looser but nothing seems to prevent them breaking which is getting extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions?
