I didn`t think the Bach Prelude or Elgar Cello Concerto were too difficult. Cello solos really aren`t too bad for me because I don`t have to be in tune with anyone else, so if I`m slightly sharp or slightly flat it doesn`t sound terrible. Orchestral pieces like Dvor`ak and Tchaikovsky are more difficult for me.

"This Old Man"
The Barney theme goes to it. Kill me if I ever play it. Please.

I believe that Brandenburg Concerto No.3 - Joh. Seb. Bach is quite challenging for us cellos
most specifically in bars 114-118
to go from a low C# all the way to the B flat just below middle C in a 16th note whilst you`re in cut time.... ouch man
does no one agree?

Well, I do not know much. But currently just start off playing Bach Cello Suites. Well, it might looks simple but you must have the right techniques to played and express out the right feeling that Bach`s means.
Different people played out different version of Bach Suites, that goes without saying it. But wanted to be played excellently, then doubts many of us could do it. That includes me... sigh...
