Mine is Sophie. Any1 else?

Some professional cello maker once called mine a "dead cello" LOL because of the many cracks and mainly the BIG 1ft long crack next to the bridge and sound-post. That`s typical for a 150ish year old cello, it still works fine though.

I`ve had cellos named: Bob, Joe, and Jim.

My next name I may need to think about. Maybe Lucy? Fred? Bob2?

hey i know this is a little bit of a late input. but i`ve had:
George, Joe, Penelope, and i can`t decide what my next one should be...
but yes those were mine. I think the name depends a lot on:
a)the personality of the cello
b)the look (yes they DO matter)
c)and personal preference is always important;you don`t want to name your cello a name that you hate. that`s just wrong
