Hey, My sister`s violin is named Freddy and now our cello is named Fredricca. Isn`t that adorable? lol

My friend plays the CELLO and the tuba. She named her cello Darling and her tuba Bastard. Fitting huh?

My friends name is quick beam from the lord of the rings and mine dosent have a name yet, I once had a violin named pierre. lol
i cant think of a name for my cello or my violin. any ideas? A student suggested melvin. hahaha.

Hmmm.
I just got a cello that may last me through college yesterday.
I don't know if mine's a boy or a girl yet. I haven't played it enough.
I really want to name it Dimitri if it's a boy, but a girl in one of my orchestras already named her bass that. So, if not Dimitri (Shostakovich) I'm leaning to maybe Sergei ( Rachmaninoff). But he was more of a pianist, though he worte some pretty sonatas for the cello.
My sister suggested Papagena (Magic Flute) if it's a girl. Hehe.
