try visiting your local cd/instrument shop and asking them to order it in for you. I live in australia, but that`s what I did...

If you live in Indy, you could go to Sam Ash Music store over by the Castleton Mall and Frank`s Hardware. It`s where the old Mars Music use to be. That`s where i get alot of my sheet music and last time I checked(yesterday) they had Metallica music
