In the score, if the guitar part has chord symbols above each bar(eg. Em7) take E as ur bass note. if it has a "/" in the chord symbol, take the note after it as ur bass note(eg. AMaj7/D, take D as ur note.) If no chord symbols, read the bass clef of the piano part or interpret the chords from the piano to get ur bass note. I doubt the music would not have chord symbols though

Man this is frusterating i need free four stringed bass music not tabs but notes i have searched forever but they cost rediculous amounts of money that i certainly don`t want to play and because it is over the internet and also because i am so young and dont own a creit crad yet so that would be awesome if anyone could give me a recoomandation or something please

Have you ever noticed that Cello and Bass players can play the same sheet music because the notes are in the same place and everything. You can play the Cello sheet music if you want because it`s the same as Bass.

With bass instruments, you play one octave lower than what is written.

Hey everybody; I guess you could say that I`m in the same boat as you all. I got a bass for x-mas three days back and I know a few songs already.
